We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure all pieces are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry securely in its original Astrid & Miyu box and include the completed packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
